Obituary for Carol Blanchfield (De Franco)

BLANCHFIELD, Carol (nee DeFranco ) – 72, of Franklin Lakes passed away on July 8, 2017. Born in Hackensack, she lived in Wayne before moving to Franklin Lakes 17 years ago. Prior to her retirement, she was an administrative assistant with CPC International and a homemaker most of her life. A parishioner of Most Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church in Franklin Lakes, Carol was also a trustee with the Passaic County Historical Society.

Beloved wife of Michael Blanchfield of Franklin Lakes.
Devoted mother of Theodora Blanchfield of New York City.
Cherished sister of Geraldine Hilla of Saddle Brook.
Loving Aunt of Sharon Evanchuck, Edward Hilla, Karen Blanchfield White and Elizabeth Blanchfield King and Great Aunt to Alexandra Evanchuck

The family will receive family and friends on Tuesday from 5:00-9:00PM at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes.
Funeral Services Wednesday at 9:30AM at the funeral home followed by a 10:00 Mass at Most Blessed Sacrament R.C. Church, 787 Franklin Lake Road, Franklin Lakes.
Interment at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes
