Obituary for Perry Chevestick

CHEVESTICK, Perry, age 64, of Franklin Lakes, passed away on Sunday, June 26, 2022. Born in Jersey City, NJ to Peter and Cecilia (Krzykalski) Chevestick, he has been a resident of Franklin Lakes for the past 29 years, where he resided with his wife, Diane, and raised their two daughters together. Perry received both his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree of Science in Civil Engineering. He was an architect, civil & structural engineer, builder and planner at his own company, PMC Architects and Castle Developers in Franklin Lakes. Perry and his family were parishioners of St. Elizabeth’s RC Church in Wyckoff. Perry had a great love of the outdoors and was often found exercising enjoying time in nature. Above all of Perry’s talents and hobbies, his greatest passion was for his family.

Perry leaves behind his adoring wife Diane. They enjoyed 39 years of loving marriage together. Devoted father to Amanda De Feo and her husband Randy, and Alexandra Kalgren and her husband David. Beloved grandfather of Henry, Olivia, and Riley. He also leaves behind his loving brothers, Ronald, Danny, Gary, and Wayne Chevestick.

Friends and family may visit on Thursday, June 30, 2022, from 4 – 8 PM at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. Mass to be held on Friday, July 1, 2022, at 10:30 AM at St. Elizabeth’s RC Church, 700 Wyckoff Avenue, Wyckoff, NJ. Entombment to follow at Mary Rest Cemetery, Mahwah, NJ.
