Mucks, Patricia (nee Patterson), 93, went home to be with her Lord on Monday, February 22, 2021. Born in Paterson on November 29, 1927 to Richard and Helen (nee Messa) Patterson; Patricia lived in Paterson before moving to Prospect Park where she and her family lived for 66 years. Patricia worked as a collator for Haband Co. in Prospect Park before her retirement. She loved her church, St. Paul’s RC Church in Prospect Park, and was a dedicated parishioner there for many years.

Patricia is survived by her three children: daughter Patricia Alvarez and her husband Carlos of Prospect Park, son Paul Mucks and his wife Karyn of North Haledon, and her son John Mucks and his wife Donna of Forestport, NY. She is also survived by her three loving grandchildren, Jennifer Gonzalez, Gregory Mucks, and Ryan Mucks. Also survived by her adored great-grandson Sebastian Olivo. Patricia was predeceased by her husband Herbert in 1996.

Friends and family may visit the Mucks family on Sunday from 2-4 PM at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Funeral Mass on Monday at 9:30 AM at St. Paul’s RC Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park, NJ. Interment to follow at Christ the King Cemetery in Franklin Lakes, NJ.
