KELNHOFER, Mildred A. 92 on July 23, 2021 of North Haledon. Mildred was born in Newark New Jersey and lived in Newark and North Arlington before moving to North Haledon in 1955. She attended and graduated from the Newark School of Nursing and began her career in Newark Hospital. After raising her family she became a nurse at Manchester Regional High School where she retired in 2001. Mildred was a former member of North Haledon Presbyterian Church and currently attended High Mountain Presbyterian Church of Frankin Lakes.

Mildred was the beloved wife of the late Anthony Kelnhofer (1968). Devoted mother of Anthony J. Kelnhofer and his wife Darlene of North Haledon and Karen M. Faber and her husband John of Little Egg Harbor, NJ. Loving Grandmother of Heather Karecki and her husband Steven, Ryan Faber and his wife Elizabeth, Cheryl Kerrigan and her husband Michael, Corianne Bartoli and her husband Chris and Nicole Castronuovo and her husband Antonio. Great grandmother of 8 (soon to be 9). Sister of the late Doris Morrison. Dear aunt of Carole Ann Basso, Doris Comune and George Morrison.

The family will receive family and friends at the Vander Plaat – Vermeulen Memorial Home 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes on Wednesday from 4-8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the High Mountain Presbyterian Church, 730 Franklin Lakes Road on Thursday at 10:00 AM. Interment to follow at Laurel Grove Memorial Cemetery.
