RODNEY, Mary (Nee Meizinger) 91, on March 16, 2020 of Oak Ridge, NJ. Mary was born in Paterson. She settled in Haledon where she raised her family. Before retiring in 1992 Mary was a book keeper for the Meals on Wheels Program of Paterson. She was a former member of St. Paul’s RC church in Prospect Park and was an active member of the Jefferson Senior Club where she spent numerous hours socializing with members who later became her very dearest of friends.

Beloved mother of Joseph Rodney and his wife Barbara of Sparta, NJ. Loving grandmother of Michael and Jonathan Rodney who she adored more than the world itself.

The family will receive family and friends at the Vander Plaat – Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road Franklin Lakes, NJ on Friday from 5-7 PM.

The family requests donations be made in Mary’s memory to St. Jude’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105
