Obituary for Marion Warnet (Fylstra)
WARNET, Marion (nee Fylstra) – 89, of Midland Park went to be with her Lord and Savior on January 12, 2020. Born in Wayne and formerly of Wyckoff she has lived in Midland Park for the past 13 years. Prior to her retirement she was a laundry supervisor at the Christian Health Care Center in Wyckoff. Marion was an active member of Hawthorne Gospel Church in Hawthorne. Her family and friends were important to her and she loved spending time with them. She also enjoyed to baking, cooking and volunteering at the Corner Closet.

Devoted mother of Kathy Henderson and her husband Art of North Haledon, Richard Van Boerum and his wife Lee of Montgomery, NY, Gary Van Boerum and his wife Basia of Branchville, NJ, Linda Redyke of Ogdensburg, NJ, Don Warnet and his wife Rosa of Bradley Beach, NJ and Linda Hefty and her husband Blair of Midland Park, NJ. Loving grandmother of 15 and great-grandmother of 8. Cherished sister of Alida Van Schapen, Helena Foster, Jessie Ver Hage, Joyce Jaarsma and the late Barney and John Fylstra.
The family will receive family and friends on Wednesday from 4:00-8:00 pm at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. Funeral Services Thursday at 10:30 am at the funeral home.
Interment at Laurel Grove Memorial Park.
