Obituary for Margaret DeBlieck (Hahn)

DeBlieck, Margaret (nee Hahn) 94, of Wayne and formerly of North Haledon passed away on Wednesday, April 14, 2021, two days before her 95th birthday. She was born in Paterson to William and Mary (Monarque) Hahn on April 16, 1926. She was a parishioner of St. Paul’s RC Church in Prospect Park for over 50 years. Margaret was an Executive Secretary with ITT in Passaic before her retirement.

Margaret is survived by her loving sisters, Mary Jane Saia of Barnegat Light, NJ, and Elizabeth Ann Caggiano of Mesa, Arizona. She was predeceased by her brother William Hahn, and her sister Alice Decker. She is also the proud aunt of many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive family and friends from 1-4 PM on Wednesday, April 21 at Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes, NJ. Memorial Mass on Thursday, April 22 at 11:00 AM at St. Paul’s RC Church, 286 Haledon Avenue, Prospect Park. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Totowa.
