James Tripodi, 59, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday June 16, 2022. Born in Ridgewood, James grew up in Franklin Lakes before moving to Mahwah many years ago. James was a graduate of William Paterson University and retired in 2017 as an account specialist with ADP.

James was very close with his siblings and loved spending time with his many nieces & nephews. He loved hanging out with his friends and talking about the Yankees. He was passionate about astronomy & traveled to Charleston, SC to see the solar eclipse. He loved helping his neighbors in his condo community.

James was the beloved brother of Pascal Tripodi and his wife Lisa, William Tripodi, Stephen Tripodi and his wife Tracy, Michela Tripodi, Christian Tripodi and his wife Jill, Blanid Tripodi, Michael Tripodi and his wife Tina, Theresa Tripodi and the late Louis and Gian Tripodi.

The family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 4-7 PM at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. A service will follow at 7:00PM at the funeral home.
