Gregory C. Samol, 68, on November 13, 2020 of Ringwood, NJ. Born in Fort Lee, Gregory moved to Teaneck where he raised his daughter. Before moving to Ringwood 3 years ago, he had lived in Midland Park. He was a self-employed TV repairman and owned his own shop, Oradell TV Service in Oradell until 2000. Before his retirement in 2019 he worked at Home Depot in Paramus.

Beloved husband of Nancy (Lucca) Samol of Ringwood. Devoted father of Crystal Potter and her husband Shannon of Ringwood. Loving grandfather of Carter, Sean and Mikaela Potter. Brother of Joan Pinelli.

Family and friends may visit at the Vander Plaat – Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes NJ on Saturday, November 21, 2020 from 1:00 – 3:30 PM with a memorial service to follow at the funeral home at 3:30 PM. A private cremation was held.

My humble sincere condolences for your loss....Greg always had a smile on his face and he always try to humor you even if he was having a bad day .I admired his spirit he didn't allow negative things to interfere in who he was .Greg did his job above and beyond the call of duty at store #904 Paramus Home Depot ...We all received several bonus checks because of his individual efforts and expertise. My co worker Greg will surely be missed but never forgotten. Cordially,JB

Devastating news.It was great to work with him for so many years at HD. He was a tremendous salesman and one of the Mighty Men of Millwork. It was wonderful to see him at the new home with the whole family especially the grandkids. My prayers are with you all.
