Glenn Michael Walker, 67, of Wayne on June 20, 2021. Glenn was born in Paterson to the late John and Regina Walker. Glenn lived in Wyckoff and Hawthorne before moving to Wayne 31 years ago. Glenn was the owner of the Glenn Pond Nursey of Wayne and was a parishioner of Most Blessed Sacrament Church in Franklin Lakes, NJ. We remember Glenn as a loving husband, faithful friend, a supportive employer and a strong leader. Glenn was a friend to all whom he met, was passionate about food, loved to fish and hunt with his brother and friends, and he had twinkling eyes that you could only see when he took his sunglasses off.
Glenn met his wife Laurie on a blind date set up by mutual friends in 1977. The couple had dated for about 13 years and married in September of 1990. Glenn and Laurie started their businesses in Wayne in 1981.
Glenn survived by his loving wife Laurie, brother John (Jack), predeceased sister in law Barbara, aunt Elaine Walls, cousins John, Alaina, Michael, and Daralyn Walls, Augie and Michelle, mother in law Lucretia Strange, sister and brother in law Linda and Larry Cosden, niece and god daughter Lauren Cook, nephew Michael Cosden and god children Sam Spagnuolo and Erin Moore.
