Obituary for Esther Pascarella
PASCARELLA, Esther, age 94, of Wayne, formerly of Leesburg, FL, and PA, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, August 26, 2022. Esther was born in Paterson, NJ to Vincent and Mary (De Mayo) Pascarella. She has resided in Wayne since 2018. Before her retirement, Esther worked in the General Merchandise department at Grand Union. She attended Hawthorne Gospel Church in Hawthorne.
After high school, Esther attended Eastern Bible School (Valley Forge), was a youth leader, Sunday School teacher, and enjoyed leading Bible studies. In her early years, she played the saxophone at church services.
Esther is survived by several nieces and nephews. Beloved great aunt of many grandnieces and nephews.
Friends and family may visit on Wednesday, August 31, 2022, from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM followed by a funeral service at 10:45 AM at the Vander Plaat-Vermeulen Memorial Home, 530 High Mountain Road, Franklin Lakes. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
