Sorry for your/our loss. We lived in the log house/cabin before the Edwards move in. If the pictures shows up of 1st grade. That is for sure when we met 68 years ago. God bless you friend RIP.

Mr Al was one of the favorites of Heights School especially with the children...also loved by the staff. His smile, caring ways and a readiness to lend a helping hand added a pleasantness to our school environment. Taking a personal interest in those around him was one of his many attributes. We have been fortunate to have know Mr Al.

There was and only will be ONE Mr. Al. You will be remembered by staff members, friend and "family" and definitely by ALL the students to whom you took care of and were the recipients of your KINDNESS. God bless your soul. Bernadette and all your loved ones are waiting to greet you. You will be missed.

Mr. Al,
You were always a great guy who I had the pleasure of knowing as the most passionate Eagles fan on the face of the earth. I used to enjoy having you and the other Oakland custodians over my place every year for SuperBowl Sunday. They were great times, but your greatest asset was how much you were adored by the students.
